We provide documentation in accordance with the quality system regulation.
Our In-house machine shop can quickly produce prototypes and temporary tooling at minimal cost. Our expert machinists work with a variety of metals and plastics to model your product and provide you with a hands-on, three dimensional sample. Prototypes are valuable tools for verifying designs and suggesting improvements before investing in expensive tooling. Small quantities can be made to validate a design prior to full production.
We can assist in the selection of suppliers, materials and production tooling to best suit your needs and keep costs down. During design for manufacturing we look for tolerances that are too tight, surfaces that are over finished, multiple pieces that can be combined as one, parts that can be fed automatically or interferences during assembly. We look for the location of joints, fasteners and moving parts for ease of assembly, and/or elimination of steps, imprinting locations, quality testing and packaging. We can assist with controlling costs for sterilization, warehousing and shipping.
